This is a series of digital mixed media pieces reflecting on the individual application of Kurt Lewin's Model of Change developed in the 1950s. One of the key methodologies for helping organizations navigate the process of business transformation, I have explored in this series the potential for applying this to a person. Lewin's model has three stages: Unfreezing, Change, Re-Freezing. Given the title chosen for this body of work, the focus of the series is on the first stage where an individual acknowledges their "as is" state and their "to be" state.
